REQUIRED FORMS & REGISTRATION
Preregistration is strongly encouraged for the session soccer clinic. If you would like to preregister, simply email the child's name, DOB, and grade to firstname.lastname@example.org If you want to move quickly through the check in station, you can fill out the complete a liability and waiver form in advance and bring it with you.
STUFF TO BRING
Please bring a water bottle and a soccer ball each week. Players entering K - 2nd grade should bring a size 3 ball. Players entering 3rd to 5th grade should bring a size 4 ball. All players will be asked to provide their own shin guards and to wear the shin guards underneath long socks. They can wear cleats (no metal studs) or sneakers.

This Soccer Camp is run by volunteers from Grace Community. Many of these individuals have experience as coaches and players from local recreational and competitive programs. All adult volunteers complete a criminal background check.
**In the case of unexpected rain we will attempt to move inside for some time to do fitness and coordination drills with a ball (wearing socks). If there is severe weather we will likely have to cancel that week . Visit www.facebook.com/exploregrace for weather announcements or text (813) 994-9363.
We hope your family will join us for this exciting program. Your child will have fun, make friends, learn fundamental soccer skills, and be taught lessons about teamwork, respect, sportsmanship, and faith. Parents are encouraged to observe on the sidelines for the duration of the clinic. Please bring a folding chair.
