Leadership & Team

Pastor Jeff & Heather are pleased to serve God in their home state of FL. They were married in 1998 and are blessed with 4 girls.  Heather has an education degree  and Jeff has a Master's of Divinity  From 1999-2005 they served a growing church  in central MN.  In the fall of 2005 they moved to Wesley Chapel with a hope of beginning this church.

Jeff & Heather have a passion for sharing God's word with each generation of people in a way that is relationally oriented and relevant to their lives.  They also believe that the Christian life is best lived in a community of people who support and encourage one another.  In their spare time Jeff & Heather enjoy family activities, reading good books, playing sports with their girls, watching Gator athletics, pursuing some hobbies, and getting together with friends.

A "Ministry Advancement Team" meets together to process, communicate, and advance the will of God for our church.  They will seek to foster a Spirit-led environment where people listen to God and to each other while working together to accomplish the mission and vision of this church. Together they will discuss overall church ministry needs and they will develop, implement, and review congregational ministry plans.  This team consists of the lead pastor, elders, and the leaders of the following teams:  worship, children, youth, discipleship,  outreach, and finance. 

Grace Institute is a church based training program designed to provide solid Biblical, theological, and ministry training.  
 

Core Ministry Teams
