We know attending a new church can be a frightening experience.  Like the first day at a new school, you are wondering "What are the people going to be like...? What will I have to do...? Am I going to stick out?"  We hope that this information will help your first experience at Grace Community be an enjoyable and relaxing one. 

Casual Atmosphere: We are a relaxed church with an informal atmosphere, and it is our belief that you shouldn't have to buy a new wardrobe for your family before coming to church. While some people may dress up a bit, many come in jeans or shorts, and the truth is it doesn't matter either way.

Friendly People: Our goal is to make you feel welcome--not overwhelmed.  We are a church and we love people. You can expect to be greeted, but we are not into name tags, pointing out guests, or anything else that will make you uncomfortable.

Fun, Safe Environment: At Grace Community we hope to make Sundays the best day of your week. The music is upbeat, the message is encouraging, and the kids program is interactive and led by screened workers.  If kids want to stay in the service, resource bags are provided.

Service Length: We will prepare an engaging service that will include great music, multi media, and an interesting message that will end in about one hour.  However, we invite you to come early and enjoy a cup of coffee or to stay after to visit, fellowship, or receive prayer. 

One Final Suggestion:  We seek to do everything we can to take the uncertainty out of visiting our church, but perhaps we could make one final suggestion.  New experiences are always better if they are shared, and so we would encourage you to bring a family member or friend with you as you discover the excitement of Grace Community
